I was born in Arlington, Texas in 2000 and grew up in Grapevine, Texas. After graduating high school, I attended Oklahoma State University where I got a Bachelor of Science in strategic communications and a minor in psychology. I currently work fulltime as a copywriter for a software solutions company.

While I have a passion for writing, working completely online left me with an empty feeling at the end of the day. I knew I wanted to do something where I could be creative and work with my hands. That’s where Handcrafted Gift Nook enters the story.

About Handcrafted Gift Nook

I have always had a passion for art. Whether that’s in the form of photography, writing, painting, etc. In college, I began to run out of space on my walls for all my paintings, that’s when I knew it was time to get rid of some. It was at that moment that the idea of owning a small business sparked.

Over the years, I have continued to feed into my creative side, with my favorite project being annual Christmas cards. Giving to others and seeing their reaction to my art filled me with joy and purpose. I knew my small business needed to reflect the spirit of giving.
